This machine separates boards in three cutting stages using three paired blade sets, splitting the cut roughly 40/40/20 percent across the stages instead of a single pass. Ascen states this lowers cutting stress by more than 80 percent versus a single-pass cut, helping prevent warping on aluminum-base LED strip boards. Blades are SKD61 high-speed steel imported from Germany, laser-calibrated for alignment, and rated for about a year of service life cutting aluminum board. Cutting position adjusts on both X and Y axes for accuracy.
