PCB Separator Machine For FR4 PCB Depaneling With IR Safe Sensor PCB Cutter

This automatic separator uses a motor-driven circular blade to cut boards away from the panel, with cutting length, feed speed, and blade clearance all adjustable for different board sizes and groove depths. An electronic safety sensor halts the cut if a hand enters the blade zone, and a dual stainless steel support platform keeps the board steady to prevent chipping near mounted components. Blades are Japan-sourced high-speed steel and can be re-sharpened several times before replacement. Suited to continuous production runs where manual feeding would slow throughput.
